ABOUT PACE KIRKLEES

The People’s Alliance for Change and Equality (PACE) is a newly formed group of campaigners, trade unionists, independents and activists who want to see an end to the cost of living crisis, militarism, inequality and oppression.

WE ARE FIGHTING FOR:

• No redundancies, closures or privatisations
• Proper funding for our NHS and local services with no council tax hikes
• No more forms of racism, discrimination, gender oppression or Islamophobia
• For a living wage for all including those on benefits, pensions and the self-employed
• For a locally planned, sustainable green energy policy
• An end to council house sales and no-fault evections with housing for all, and proper rent controls
• No more wars, occupations or genocides, including in Palestine
